Permanent: license with no startup costs; maintenance and service costs starting from the second year. Saas: license with startup costs with monthly payment with a minimum of 18 months. Pay-as-you-go: license with no startup costs with monthly fee based on use. Self-Hosted: license installed on your own server.
How many training hours do I need? Online or offline?
There are online training hours included into each plan: Estimate: 3 hours, eCommerce: 3 hours, Full: 5 hours, MIS/ERP: 5 hours, Enterprise: 10 hours + extra onsite agreed hours, Corporate: 10 hours + extra onsite agreed hours.
How many hours do I need to configure the platform?
2 to 5 days, depending on the size of the company.
