Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative for the German Market who will continuously improve their knowledge about our platform and use it to provide assistance and support to our clients in Germany, Swiss and Austria. As a Support Representative you will work independently and collaboratively with our other teams on:

  • Handling client/end-user inquiries, issues or complaints through calls, chat, ticketing system and email
  • Understanding the root of end-user inquiries and providing support regarding our platform organization and functionalities
  • Documenting inquiries/issues/complaints as well as solutions or workarounds for future use
  • Documenting any reported malfunctions of our platform
  • Handling client/end-user onboarding or new feature launching through live presentation
  • Participate in planning and conceptual designing of customer assistance portal and customer onboarding materials
  • Asking for and documenting feedback about our platform and services

We expect you to have:

  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Skills to organize work and prioritize tasks to assure maximum efficiency
  • Knowledge German language on Native or C level
  • Knowledge of English on B2+ level
  • Troubleshooting skills in software area
  • Understanding, patience and good communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in Customer or Technical Support roles in software area
  • Experience in print industry or knowledge of print industry fundamentals like: trends, practices, standards, principles, terminology will be considered a plus
  • Experience with Customer Experience/Ticketing Software as well as MS Office and Online meeting software
