Sales Manager (Ref.SM01)

Our ideal candidate
You will have a solid experience as a Sales Manager in a structured company, a deep knowledge of web/ecommerce/software/cloud services sectors and a previous experience of internationalization. After a tutoring period, you will be directly responsible for organizing and conducting the commercial team on sales, products and projects, focusing on the development internationally oriented and reorganizing indirect sales channels. You will be responsible on the organization area in order to meet the budget. Reporting to the Director.

    Key deliverables:
  • Multi-years of experience as a Sales Manager
  • Previous experience in managing sales area through direct/indirect channels
  • Experience in sales team selection, construction and management(direct and by phone)
  • Previous experience with sales and telesales (agents and/or call centers)
  • Previous experience of internationalization
  • Creation and analysis of specific documents (about sales and future sales)
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and familiarity with the management of flows (sales and marketing)
  • Precision, ambition, determination, leadership, organization and innovation skills
  • Excellent standard of written and spoken English.

  • Second foreign language
  • 1 year previous experience
